Camera emergency. PLEASE HELP!?

Hi!brI have a Samsung Digimax S camra and my dumb friend washed the lens off with soap and water. She didnt run it under water or anything, she put liquid soap directly on the lens and then washed that off with a wet cloth. I think she got water and or soap in the lens. The center of the lence doesnt look normal and it looks like a bubble. It doesnt focus, it just shows the colors really blurry. When I take a picture it just shows the color of whatever I took ex a pink rug with lines. It just happened about mins ago. I love this camera, so any SERIOUS suggustions would be greatly appreciated. brThanks!
