Cant log in to xbox or xbox.com. What happened to my account?

Cant log in to xbox or xbox.com. What happened to my account?
I get an error while trying to download profile on the console, since its the only profile I cant log in to xbox live on. So I logged into xbox.com on the said account and now near where my gamertag and pic should be, it just says loading. It doesnt let me go to any pages, even the signout page wont work. It just says

Im facing the same issue when I try to sign in to my profile I get an error.
